Schedule Details:Eligible for a \$10,000 Sign on Bonus! This is a full-time, 1.0 FTE position on 2nd shift. Start times vary between 2:00pm and 3:00pm based on assignment or day of week. Current start times may vary in the future based on business needs. This position currently includes an every 3rd weekend rotation and 2 holidays per year. This position will rotate between all laboratory departments (Hematology, Coagulation, Chemistry, Urinalysis and Blood Bank). All training, approximately 12 weeks, will be scheduled on 1st shift and will be completed before joining the weekend/holiday rotation. Either an MT/MLS or MLT candidate is acceptable and no experience is required. About Us: ProHealth Care offers a system-wide laboratory operation with core hospital labs at Waukesha Memorial and Oconomowoc Memorial as well as two clinic-based laboratory sites in Waukesha County. The laboratory performs over 8 million tests annually. Our Lab services operate state of the art facilities and include clinical testing in the areas of Histology, Cytology, Hematology, Coagulation, Clinical Chemistry, Urinalysis, Immunoassay, Microbiology, Transfusion service, EIA, and Molecular Biology. ProHealth Care offers a vibrant outreach program, providing laboratory testing to numerous specialty hospitals, physician offices, nursing home, and assisted living facilities. Our Pathologists and PhDs work closely with lab employees to monitor quality, as well as identify, access, and implement new technology. The Laboratory has certification and accreditation through the College of American Pathologists (CAP), American Association of Blood Banks (AABB) and Clinical Laboratory Improvement Act (CLIA).
