Adecco US, Inc. Maintenance Lead in Waukesha, Wisconsin

Description

We have an opportunity for an individual with strong leadership qualities and a good understanding of our maintenance operations to assume a Lead position on 1 st shift in the Maintenance Department. This position will assist and support the Maintenance Supervisor to direct and instruct persons from varied maintenance trades to make determinations as to priorities of work to be performed. Provide technical support for new installations or modifications including schematics for existing machinery which cannot be read or attained. Specify hardware, hydraulics, or pneumatics needed for new installations or modifications. Act as a liaison to other departments and/or vendors including being the main point of contact and coordinator for maintenance related contractors. Expedite repairs and coordinate communications with operating departments and contractors as needed. Will perform General Maintenance Mechanic duties as needed.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess a broad knowledge of general maintenance operations. Strong inter-personal skills and the ability to direct people are a must. Experience training and problem solving are also important.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $38.00 per hour
