Openings/Positions:

  • 1st shift - Lead Maintenance Technician

  • 2nd shift or Weekend shift - Machine Repair Mechanic

Starting Pay: $30.00-$40.00/hr

Hours:

  • 1st shift (6:00am-2:30pm)

  • 2nd shift (2:00pm-10:30pm)

  • 3rd shift (10:00pm-6:30am)

  • Weekend Shift: (Friday-Sunday - 6:00am-6:00pm)

  • Extra Information:

  • Placement Type: Direct Hire!!! (no contracts!!)

  • Full Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance, 401k, seasonal bonuses, , etc.

  • Profit Sharing: (10%-16%) per year... highlight of 25%

  • Environment: Machining & foundry environment, not as dirty as you'd think!

Duties & Qualifications:

  • Repair and maintain CNC & manual machinery and support equipment, including diagnosis of machine issues, complete disassembly, inspection, and repair.

  • Participate in complete machine rebuilds and layout/machine replacement components as needed to complete equipment repairs.

  • Check and correct machine alignments and remove/install precision bearings.

  • Ability to troubleshoot and check inputs/outputs of Allen Bradley or Siemens PLCs

  • Adhere to and implement PM and CM schedules

  • Experience troubleshooting or repairing VFDs, proximity sensors, limit switches, photo-eyes, fuses, relays, actuators, contactors

  • Rewiring or troubleshooting single or three phase motors up to 480v

  • Repair gear boxes, shafts, bearings, valves, cylinders, shafts, chains, etc

  • Ability to fabricate and make new or repair components using machining or welding

  • Experience operating overhead cranes and forklift
