We are looking for Field Service Engineer who enjoys hands-on work and troubleshooting equipment! This role will be 85% travel and you will be visiting 2-3 sites a day within Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Illinois.

Responsibilities:

• Handle crane repairs for their customers and clients

• Troubleshoot both electrical and mechanical devices

• Operate stick welding machines to complete minor repairs

• Perform service work on various types of overhead cranes (AC and DC)

• Install large modification to existing cranes

• Troubleshoot all types of crane electrical control (magnetic, vacuum contactor, and VFD)

• Perform detailed inspections on all types of lifting equipment

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of Field Service Tech/Engineering Tech Experience

• Minimum 3 years of electro-mechanical experience and being able to trouble shoot wiring

• Minimum 3 years of repairing mechanical devices-cranes, elevators for example

• Minimum 1 year of welding experience-will have to spot weld
