Job Description

-Set up and operate 5-Axis machine centers with minimal supervision.

-Installing and adjusting various machine components.

-Verifying settings by measuring and inspecting workpieces according to ISO standards.

-Maintaining machine specifications by observing and adjusting operations as needed.

-Maintaining equipment through preventive maintenance and troubleshooting malfunctions.

-Holding tight tolerances up to 0.0005 inches and managing all related paperwork including work orders and inspection documents.

Hard Skills

-5-axis machining

-Siemens controls

-Troubleshooting malfunctions

-Preventive maintenance

-Experience with DMG Mori machines equipped with Siemens controllers helps a lot
