Job Description Summary
This role is responsible for leading global manufacturing design transfer activities for PET & CT products at the Waukesha South Operations site. Projects include pitching/catching new product introductions, design change management and other quality, sourcing and productivity initiatives.
Key member of New Product Introduction (NPI) core team who owns Supply Chain deliverables to completion within the schedule, while championing manufacturing program goals and maintaining compliance. Integrates design transfer activities globally for products with multi site manufacturing. Provides leadership, planning and technical support for validation of manufacturing processes.

Job Description
Responsibilities :
Support PET & CT product portfolio global design transfer/ NPI activities as the design transfer leader, responsible for NPI execution and supporting the overall product strategy.
Drive improved product quality by supporting prioritization of manufacturing issues, reduce variation in assembly/test to improve metrics such as defects per unit/lost hours per unit.
Identify manufacturing technology advancements such as additive, digital poke yoke and automation.
Work with manufacturing leadership to identify and resolve defects related to methods, processes, tooling, equipment and product design. Drive corrective actions globally where applicable.
Process and rigor around global Phase In/Phase Out (PIPO) management thru design change management
Planning for appropriate manufacturing ramp to full production, ensure productivity and quality targets are met and/or exceeded
Ensure teams assess manufacturability and testability in NPIs. Complete process capability assessments, layout, tooling and equipment development
Support initiatives with wide business impact and share best practices across the Supply Chain.
Ensure compliance and rigor during validation activities, partner with leaders in development and execution of validation plans and acceptance criteria.
Required Qualifications:
B.S. Degree in an engineering/technical discipline and 4 years’ experience or Associates degree in a technical discipline and 10 year’s related experience or a graduate of a GE Leadership program.
Cross functional program experience in new product
Demonstrated troubleshooting, analytical and planning skills
Experience leading multiple technical projects

6-sigma DMAIC & DFSS certified
Experienced in Process Intensive manufacturing
Product and Process Development experience
Solid working knowledge of GEHC QMS procedures
Experience in developing tools and templates
Demonstrated program or project management skills
Demonstrated experience owning production processes / growing capability in yield and quality
Experience working with global teams
