Sr. Project Manager-Privileged Access Management

Purpose:

Fortune 500 Organization requires a Sr. Project Manager to assist with infrastructure activities related to a new BeyondTrust Privileged Access Management Platform along with 2025 net new Identity and Access Management initiatives.

Description

Responsibilities:

• 15 total years of experience in project management (infrastructure background )

• Experience with identity and access management projects (specifically PAM)

• Experience with complex financial management (Customer uses Clarity)

• Strong stakeholder management and ability to thrive in an ecosystem that at times is nebulous and requires a self starter mentality

• Experience working with APAC regions, colleagues and partners and ability to understand cultural differences and accommodate accordingly.

• Experience managing projects and workstreams related to security assessments of applications, systems and infrastructure

• Ability to create, maintain and manage detailed project schedules, issues, risks, decisions and budgets.

• Ability to aligning technical and business team objectives

• Able to resolve escalated issues from operations, change management, testing teams

• Coordinate schedule and any resolutions across multiple teams

• Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules, develops solutions to program problems, and directs work of incumbents assigned to program from various departments.

• Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget. Acts as advisor to program team regarding projects, tasks, and operations.

• Prior work experience with Infrastructure migration programs required

• Prior work experience in life science organization greatly preferred

• Experience managing large, cross functional projects required

• Strong written and verbal communication required

• Experience in Microsoft Applications (PPT, Excel, Word, etc…) required

• Requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 12 years of experience in the field as relate to the skill code.

• PMP and ITIL certifications nice to have but not required

Qualifications

• Should be well organized with the ability to review and track the project schedule end to end.

• Must be a self-starter, able to manage a variety of projects, and be able to communicate to leadership.

• Will conduct meetings with project team members and key stakeholders, publishing meeting minutes.

• Will manage weekly and monthly progress reporting, as well as tracking project financials for budget adherence.

• Candidate must possess strong interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills given the high degrees of strategic impact and project complexity, along with potential senior executive interactions.

• Will work with a matrixed team.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $85.00/hr.
