Lakeside Neurologic Residential & Behavior Services Administrative Assistant in Wauchula, Florida

Lakeside Neurologic is licensed by AHCA and accredited by CARF and The Joint Commission. The facility is located on a beautiful 900-acre campus just outside of Wauchula, FL.

Qualifications: Minimum of two years of experience working with Excel based databases. In addition, two years of Residential Services Assistant experience and or two years behavioral health direct care experience. Two years of experience in behavioral health or mental health, facility, hospital, corrections or educational setting. AS, AA, BA or BS in Psychology, Education, Human Services or related field. Must adhere to strict policy and procedures related to confidentiality and protected health information.

Working Conditions: Works primarily Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. but must be flexible for off-hour and weekend monitoring and emergencies. Must meet the physical requirements of Professional Crisis Management and be certified as Level 2PS Practitioner.

General Duties: Scheduling of Residential Services Assistants, Residential Services Technicians, Residential Services Specialists, & Residential Shift Supervisors. This includes coordinating PTO, PTOH days, Jury Duty, etc. as per staffing needs & scheduling. Provide Administrative Support to the Director of Residential Services & Diretor Monitor and track behavior-based staff training related to function-based behavioral treatment plans/contracts/protocols, conduct staff monitoring and track feedback on performance; and behavioral graphs to monitor progress, maintain up to date database and Point Click Care tracking and all pertinent behavioral data for each client. Participate in all required meetings daily morning meeting for Adult and Pediatric, weekly IDT meetings and collect meeting minutes as required. Oversee the collection, compilation and distribution of all behavior protocols as well as creating and maintaining client daily paperwork. Reviewing and updating POC notes on a daily basis and updating the LOS form for distribution. Tracking ETO’s, BARR’s and major problem behavior for monthly QIC/QAPI meetings. Complete various forms following incidents of problem behavior (i.e., SIR’s, Post Reactive Strategy Forms). Assist in providing requested and required information for external, funder and agency visits or survey following policy and procedure related to release of information.
