Lakeside Neurologic is currently accepting resumes for the position of Director of Residential Services. We are leaders in rehabilitation for brain and spinal cord injury and behavioral health.

The Director of Residential Services oversees the day-to-day operations of the Transitional Living Facility Program to include the Adult Behavioral, Adult Intensive & Pediatric Programs. DRS will be responsible for scheduling, monitoring, evaluating, recruitment, team building and mentoring of Direct Care Staff & Supervisors. The Director of Residential Services manages timekeeping system, overtime, problem solving, and works directly with the Clinical Team to ensure that safety and a high standard of client care is maintained at all times.

This position is a Full Time, the typical schedule is Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on call 24/7 with some evening, overnight or weekend coverage required.

Salary is commensurate with credentials and experience.

Lakeside Neurologic is licensed by AHCA and accredited by CARF and The Joint Commission. The facility is located on a beautiful 900-acre campus just outside of Wauchula, FL.

Qualifications for the position are:

• BA or BS in healthcare, psychology or related field required with a minimum of five (5) years supervisory experience in brain injury rehabilitation or residential care.
