Maintenance & Reliability Manager
Salary: 125-145k, bonus
Accountabilities:
Ensures environmental, health, & safety (EHS) performance/regulatory compliance
Manages Maintenance Department budgets and cost for Labor, Supplies, Repairs and Contractor Services
Supervises Maintenance Supervisors, Planner
Ensures appropriate planning, scheduling, and communication of maintenance activities
Measures and improves equipment reliability through OEE and downtime data
Works with other departments to meet plant goals and commitments
Participates/leads in production and maintenance coordination
Special project assignments
Responsibilities:
Establishes and ensures attainment of all department Key Performance Indicators
Participate in facility capital budget planning process
Lead the development of reliability centered maintenance processes through the detection and elimination of defects (“Bad Actors”) and focus on the planning and scheduling of the repair and maintenance of production equipment
Provide guidance to maintenance, repair and operations stores processes and the identification of critical spares
Ensures Good Manufacturing Practice and Food Safety compliance
Other duties as assigned
Maintain safety, quality, and legality of all products and ensure employees do likewise.
Performs other related duties as required

Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field or 8+ years of equivalent experience
Experience
Minimum of 8 years of supervision experience in maintenance leadership roles with a working knowledge of reliability centered maintenance practices
Experience with computerized maintenance management systems such as SAP, Asset Essentials or Maximo
Basic understanding of Vibration, Oil Analysis, Ultrasonic, Infrared and other predictive technologies
Deployment experience with reliability and stable operations concepts preferred
Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional CMRP preferred
