Responsibilities Participates in the development, execution, analysis, and evaluation of the annual financial and budget programs each fiscal year. Develops detailed comprehensive phasing plans for the fiscal year for all budget categories. Prepares a variety of regular and one-time reports on program status. Reviews and edits budgets, actual cost versus proposed estimated cost, and variances submitted. Analyze basic regulations, directives, program guidance, fiscal and budgetary policies and guidelines established by higher echelons. Presents timely and meaningful analysis to the supervisor/lead.
