POSITION SUMMARY:

The AYCC is looking for more lifeguards! As a lifeguard you would help keep pool patrons safe and ensure they are having a high-quality experience at the pools. You would also learn skills like CPR, first aid, and enhance your customer service abilities. As a lifeguard, you would also get paid time off, a free AYCC membership for your family (up to 4 adults and an unlimited number of kids), and the possibility of free or reduced childcare.

EXPERIENCE:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Oversight & observation of the pool area.
• Ensure the safety of pool patrons
• Keep accurate and adequate records of attendance and participation for open swims.
• Record pool tests when necessary.
• Recommend needed supplies and equipment necessary for maintenance and safety standards to be met for proper functioning of pool area.
