Using the JDE planning systems, prepare and produce master production schedule for assigned product categories. Assist in development and enhancement of S&OP processes. With S&OP team, Warehouse, and Facility team members set inventory targets and implement plans that maintain inventory to those targets. Utilize the master schedule to develop supplier schedule (material requirements). Understand and maintain relevant master data in JDE; driving the efficient use of the planning system messages. Track key performance indicators and other metrics; including production plan adherence, percent production capacity utilized, and percent warehouse space utilized. Analyze reasons for shortages and develop corrective action Develop plans to meet orders during planned maintenance and unexpected downtime. Work with Supply Chain Managers and S&OP Analysts to rebalance production across the network as necessary. Travel to other Wis-Pak locations may be required for training and program development.
