Provides adequate contact with clients in the apartment program to ensure the health and safety of residents and to ensure appropriate support is given for other community services. Observes and documents residents behaviors to facilitate assessment of treatment goals. This position may require use of personal vehicle to transport clients when an agency vehicle is not available.
