Job title: Warehouse Customer Sales Associate Atlantic Battery Is seeking an Entry-Level Sales and warehouse associate Founded in 1934, Atlantic Battery Company in Watertown has been providing New England with the best battery service in the region for decades. Summary: The Customer Sales Associate (CSA) is responsible for managing the warehouse customer service desk, answering phone calls, managing, and fulfilling orders, and delivering or planning delivery of batteries. The CSA develops and maintains positive relationships with customers providing ongoing customer service and maintaining expert knowledge on parts and inventory. Customer service and sales responsibilities: Fulfill orders Manage billing by creating invoices for customers Read and respond to emails, phone calls, and answer questions from customers and vendors in a timely manner Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully maintaining and developing commercial sales. Develop new accounts through face to face and telephone contact with potential customers Maintain a safe working environment Build and maintain strong relationship with management team and take on additional tasks as needed to maintain and grow business. Preferred Requirements: Efficiency and organization: Be able to create and provide a daily log list of duties and accomplished tasks the end of the day Self-sufficient: - Be able to multitask with little supervision, self-motivated, energetic, and a self-starter Customer skills: Have a professional demeanor and take responsibility to respond to customer orders and inquiries Lift batteries up to 50 lbs if needed Computer skills: Be able to sit and work on a laptop for an extended amount of time. Working knowledge of computer and office software Office skills: Be able to perform general office duties such as; filling typing, drafting letters, scanning, and faxing documents Additional information Position can be full or parttime based on your experience and skills Hourly rate \$18-\$20 with the possibility of commission or profit sharing
