Equinavia is seeking an Inventory Controller/ Forklift Operator for our busy warehouse.

This position oversees management and inventory control for the company and acts as a liaison between Purchasing, Inventory, Receiving, and Pick/Pack personnel.

The correct candidate will have the right combination of experience, attention to detail, knowledge, team-mentality, and is familiar with warehouse work.

Functions of the position include:

Receiving and inventory control

Fulfillment/ picking

Inventory posting and transfers

Troubleshooting of receipts as needed, including adjusting quantities and locations

Regular operation of forklift and maintenance of same.

Maintenance of non-inventory stock, like shipping boxes and shrink wrap.

Inventory counts, audits, accuracy of records

On-time delivery of work product.

Requirements of the job include:

High school diploma or equivalent, Forklift certification, attention to detail, good communication skills, understanding of inventory and inventory controls, accountability for the tasks assigned, able to work independently, ability to multitask.

A real desire to be productive and helpful with the team.

2 years' experience with inventory controls, data control, excel, and 1 year forklift experience.
