Description
We are hiring a Wage Administration Representative to support the John Deere Waterloo Works and play a key role in supporting their workforce while contributing to an innovative and dynamic organization!
Position Overview:
Shift: 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM), minimal overtime.
Location: Onsite
Position Type: Contract - currently approved for a one year duration
About the Role:
As a Wage Administration Representative, you will support vital wage administration processes, assist with Work Comp procedures, streamline job placements, and help wage employees receive required training. In this role, you’ll balance attention to detail with cross-functional coordination and contribute to a team environment that powers one of the world’s most renowned agricultural equipment manufacturers.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary liaison for the Work Comp process, ensuring smooth communication and efficient workflows.
Coordinate job assignments based on contractual guidelines and business requirements, ensuring physically qualified employees are appropriately placed.
Support the hiring process, including job bidding activities for production staff.
Convert paper files into digital documentation, enhancing operational efficiency.
Assist in scheduling required training for wage employees to ensure compliance with corporate policies.

Requirements
Qualifications & Competencies:
We’re looking for a candidate who brings these key skills to the table:
Education:
A degree in Business/Management or Human Resources discipline (1-2 years of university education preferred, or equivalent experience).
Recent graduates are encouraged to apply!
