Description

We are offering a 2-3 month contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in a remote capacity. The selected candidate will work in the customer service industry, making outbound calls to current customers. This role also involves maintaining accurate customer records and monitoring customer accounts.

Responsibilities:

-Conduct outbound calls to existing customers.

-Establish and maintain strong customer relationships.

-Deliver exemplary customer service by addressing customer concerns and queries promptly and professionally.

-Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.

-Promote products/services to potential customers.

-Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Customer Service role

• Experience in a call center environment

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle customer queries efficiently

• Proficient in data entry operations

• Previous experience working out of a queue is desired

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a team environment and independently when required

• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools
