[High Level Description: [We are seeking a Clinician to ensure that the individuals served receive premium clinical services from the agencies programs, while reporting directly to the Director of Clinical Services. This position is a full-time, 40-hour position which requires two evening shifts per week and one weekend day per month. This position is located at our Naugatuck office and time is also spent at the residential facilities in the Waterbury area. Salary commensurate with experience and credentials. Assist in the development of functional behavioral assessments and positive behavioral support plans

Conduct audits of necessary clinical documentation to ensure clinical programs are being ran as scheduled

[Create and organize (or maintain and re-organize) Positive Behavior Support Program (PBS) books, and PRC/HRC books as needed]{#jobDesc}
