Manage RHONDOS LLC's technology service on behalf of its customers. Duties include: Ensure that customers use RHONDOS solutions and services and are satisfied with RHONDOS LLC's products and offerings; help drive the documentation and repeatability of services-led intellectual property; assist in designing implementation programs for strategic customers; create and implement a post-sales qualified lead engine process; lead development and modification of product configurations to meet customer needs; maintain customer engagement; deliver presentations to ensure customer knowledge on products or services; ensure solution adoption and safeguard contract renewals; and sustains contractual service level agreements. May telecommute from anywhere in the U.S. Travel Required. Will provide service to clients throughout the U.S. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field and two (2) years experience in a Director of Customer Success role, Customer Success Manager, or related occupation, including experience in the following skills: Implementing, supporting, deploying, administering, or monitoring SAP solutions; Delivering services for customers with SAP solutions; JIRA Confluence, Service Now, or other product and service management solution; and PNP, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Alternatively, employer will accept 4 years' experience in Director of Customer Success role, Customer Success Manager or related occupation, including experience in the following skills: Implementing, supporting, deploying, administering, or monitoring SAP solutions; Delivering services for customers with SAP solutions; JIRA Confluence, Service Now, or other product and service management solution; and PNP, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
