Honeywell Lead Channel Sales Representative in Washington

As a Lead Channel Sales Representative here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales growth through effective channel management. You will report directly to our Senior Sales Manager and you will work remotely, collaborating with our team from your preferred location.

By developing and executing channel sales strategies, you will drive revenue growth and expand the company's market presence through effective collaboration with channel partners. Your ability to build strong relationships, identify new business opportunities, and provide guidance to channel sales representatives will contribute to the company's overall growth and position it as a leader in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, providing product training, support, and guidance

  • Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with channel partners to deliver value-added solutions

  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth

  • Provide mentorship and guidance to channel sales representatives, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

The annual base salary range for this position is $139,000 - $173,500. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope

and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in account management or sales in the industrial process control/automation field, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
