Commander, Navy Installations SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER in Washington Navy Yard, District Of Columbia

Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER in the AIR OPERATIONS DIVISION of COMMANDER - NAVAL INSTALLATIONS. Responsibilities You will oversee the integration of all policy, budget, future year programming, human capital management, and program management operations across the Air Operations Division. You will integrate readiness planning programs, reporting programs, risk management programs, and operational programs for force-wide efficient use of resources. You will develop budgetary strategies to achieve program objectives within resource constraints. You will develop program operational guidance and supplemental instructions for an agency. You will analyze current and future resource requirements and guidance to develop policy for resource management goals and objectives. You will develop command input to support the strategic planning process in accordance with organizational guidance. You will address prospective changes in functions and programs in short- and long-range planning for a large organization. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Planning, coordinating, or executing resource management functions across an Air Operations Program; 2) Evaluating or developing business management operation policies for Air Operations; 3) Performing fiscal management to provide resource planning and requirements forecasts for Air Operations; 4) Advising leadership on resolving policy issues and Air Operations Program matters.
