Summary This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Responsibilities You will serve as a senior advisor to the SSP leadership on Insider Threat and Operations Security (OPSEC) programs and responsibilities. You will conduct focused insider threat and OPSEC risk analysis and assessments, trend analysis, and indications and warning analysis. You will produce insider threat and risk assessment referral packets/reports for dissemination to investigative, command, and other appropriate authorities. You will brief products, assessments, and recommendations to SSP Executive-level Leadership and other leadership entities as directed on a regular basis. You will formulate SSP policy and implements the SSP OPSEC plan by identifying and analyzing critical information against threats to SSP or SSP field activities. You will represent SSP at all Department of the Navy, Joint, and Department of Defense working groups as the Operations Security Program Manager for SSP. You will be responsible for developing, evaluating, maintaining, and/or operating systems, policies, devices, material. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-3 (GS-13 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Education Additional Information This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program. Certain incentives (such as Recruitment, Relocation or Student Loan Repayment) may be authorized to eligible selectees. A relocation incentive is generally a single payment intended to offset some of the relocation costs experienced by the selectee. A relocation incentive may be authorized.
