Commander, Navy Installations MANAGEMENT ANALYST (F&ES LOGISTICS SPECIALIST-MPV-F) in Washington Navy Yard, District Of Columbia

Summary You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST (F&ES LOGISTICS SPECIALIST-MPV-F) in the Fire and Emergency Services Division of COMMANDER - NAVAL INSTALLATIONS. Responsibilities You will implement and oversee the Fire and Emergency Services Logistics and Asset Management Program. You will provide input into Fire and Emergency Services assets tracking systems, applications, and databases to increase functionality, data completeness and data accuracy. You will organize, conduct, and document internal Fire and Emergency Services program workgroups related to Fire and Emergency Services assets procurement and management. You will coordinate Fire and Emergency Services leadership and constituents as well as other procurement agencies on the procurement, management, tracking and disposal of Fire and Emergency Services assets. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Constructing and maintaining authorized equipment lists and tables of allowances; 2) Developing and maintaining equipment specifications; 3) Gathering, summarizing, and reporting data; and 4) Applying polices and standards for fire apparatuses, ambulances, and Fire and Emergency Services equipment.
