Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Skilled Machining Associate to join their team. As a Skilled Machining Associate, you will be part of the production department supporting various teams in achieving operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Skilled Machining Associate

Location: Washington, MO

Pay Range: $19 - $20.25 per hour

What's the Job?

  • Operate CNC and mechanical machines to produce high-quality components.

  • Utilize calipers, micrometers, and blueprints to ensure precision in machining tasks.

  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery.

  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.

What's Needed?

  • Experience with CNC or mechanical machine operation.

  • Proficiency in blueprint reading and measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Ability to work various shifts (1st, 2nd, and 3rd available).

  • Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
