Complete pool projects under the direction of the construction lead\ Use a variety of hand tools and power tools efficiently and safely\ Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials\ Assist in all phases of construction, leveling and setting walls, backfilling, pool krete, minor plumbing, and hanging pool liners\ Maintaining a clean and organized worksite\ Loading and unloading service trucks keeping tools and materials organized\ Use company software to record hours worked and upload pictures of steps performed\ Must have a good driving record and transportation to the workshop in Washington
