Job Details is looking for a proven, talented, energetic, quota- carrying sales performer to help us grow our Trailhead Academy business ( . The Trailhead Account Executive role focuses exclusively on selling Salesforce Education, Training and Enablement solutions to maximize customer success with Salesforce and create a culture of learning inside companies. The Trailhead Account Executive will formulate and execute a sales strategy within assigned territories, drive revenue growth by penetrating the current customer base, and develop new customers in their assigned space.

You will work as a trusted advisor to deeply understand the unique business challenges and goals our customers face relating to the people-side of CRM and digital transformation, working with them to position the right training and enablement solutions such as technical skills courses to consulting engagements with our Enablement Architects. You will consult with customers to evangelize Trailhead Academy products and services that will help them reach their business goals and blaze new trails within their organizations. This is accomplished by participating and leading client meetings or engaging other corporate resources as required, as well as participating in regional forecast calls and account planning sessions. Accurately forecasting sales activity and revenue while creating satisfied and reference-able customers are key responsibilities within the Trailhead AE position.

Your Qualifications

Depending on the segment, the years of experience and skillset needed to be successful will vary from 5 years of quota carrying, training, learning, software or technology sales and account management experience.

  • Develop trusted internal and customer relationships to created win-win sales relationships

  • Effectively communicate the business value of Salesforce Enablement Services

  • Create and drive revenue within a specified region or list of accounts

  • Develop and execute sales campaigns

  • Create new leads from prospecting efforts

  • Thoroughly qualify leads & sales opportunities leverage business from new & established relationships to strategize, negotiate & close business

  • Maintain account and opportunity forecasting within our internal salesforce system

  • Meet and exceed an annual sales quota
