Job Description

My client in Washington DC is seeking a Sr. Tax Specialist to join their team. Their day to day responsibilities will include preparing tax-sharing journal entries (50 journal entries a month), preparing and maintaining support schedules for all tax attributes, and analyzing the results of the financial reporting process. This opportunity is a 6 month contract to hire and targeting an annual salary between $100,000 - $115,000.

Skills and Requirements

-Bachelor's Degree (Accounting Preferred)

• 5+ years tax experience in a specialized industry

• ERP Software experience (Peoplesoft or SAP)

• Strong excel skills (vlookups, hlookup, sumIF, sumIFs, etc.) - Tax technology tools (ex. Altryx) null
