Position Description:

US CITIZENSHIP AND ACTIVE TOP SECRET CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED

CGI Federal is currently seeking a Senior Solutions Architect with active Top-Secret clearance to provide technology thought leadership and hands-on expertise for a large project for a federal government client. This role presents an opportunity to shape the solutions roadmap and drive transformation. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for leveraging technology to deliver tangible business outcomes and possess the ability to distinguish between hype and practical solutions. Additionally, the candidate should enjoy mentoring team members and collaborating with other senior architects. This position can be based in Washington DC or Huntsville, AL.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Engage with business, delivery, and operational stakeholders to discuss the end-to-end solution.

• Identify, prioritize, and address concerns related to the solution, including risk and financial aspects (business cases).

• Make or guide architectural decisions.

• Model the solution's context, structure, and financial aspects.

• Ensure that the solution meets current and future end-to-end architectural requirements and constraints through analysis, validation, modeling, and road mapping.

• Support teams in delivering and operating the solution in both On-premises and cloud environments.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Bachelor's degree.

• Minimum of 8 years' experience as a Senior-level Solutions Architect.

• .NET, C#, Javascript, Java, Perl

• Oracle, API Architecture (SOAP/REST), Git

• Solr, Bash Shell

• Oracle Label Security, PL/SQL

• Experience developing, executing, and evaluating database code, functions, and queries on an Oracle database platform.

• Experience installing, troubleshooting, and administering Oracle databases.

• Experience with Oracle utilities, administration, and OEM management.

• Agile practice experience.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and license and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $85,800.00 - $190,100.00.
