CACI is seeking a Software Quality Assurance Engineer and Tester (Senior) for one of our key DHS programs. The SETS II program provides services to design, procure, configure, implement, test, secure, accredit, operate and maintain an IT infrastructure for the St. Elizabeths campus.

Responsibilities include:

• Performs complex systems development and design work, and tracks implementation work that may include logic design, input/output design, and analog or digital systems engineering.

Participates in the upgrading of operating systems and design of systems enhancements.

Provides input for/creates documentation for new or existing systems, including floor plans, ceiling plans, system flow diagrams (audio, video, control), rack/wall elevations, device details, system descriptions, etc. for use in the field during implementation.

Ensures that project documentation adheres to Campus and customer requirements/standards.

Determines/monitors system specifications, input/output processes, and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility.

Participates in system testing and as-built documentation processes.

Develop and execute software test plans in order to identify software problems and their causes.

Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments. Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks.

Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems.

Contributes to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications

Possess a current TS/SCI security clearance (No Waiver)

Must be a U.S. citizen (No Waiver)

• Eight years of experience in software design, engineering, or testing.

• Knowledge of SAFe®, ITIL®, and industry best practices.

• Education and Experience Level: BA/BS degree with 8+ years experience.

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have

• Active TS/SCI security clearance.

• Experienced with various security tools and processes such as Splunk, Nessus Security Center, Appdetective, WebInspect, Xacta.

• IT Certifications such as Security +, CISSP, etc.

• SAFe® certified.

• ITIL® v4 equivalent.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$102,900 - $216,200
