Join our growing team! Chenega Integrated Security Solutions is seeking Secret-cleared Lieutenants to join our security program in Washington, D.C

This position is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities

What You'll Get To Do:

• Supervise assigned guard force personnel.

• Ensure all offers are familiar with the facility and their duties/responsibilities.

• Manages the staffing and posts to ensure complete coverage.

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

• Active DC Armed SPO license.

• Active DoD Secret clearance.

• Minimum of five (5) years of supervisory experience in field supervision.

• Demonstrated experience in guard force operations.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Skill in operating standard office equipment.

• Maintain poise and self-control under stressful conditions
