The Senior Associate, Warehouse Finance & Custody Solutions is responsible for supporting the growth of the Warehouse Financing & Custody Solutions department. This person will continually collaborate on business strategy focused on financial gain, client satisfaction, and alignment with corporate initiatives. Accountable to organize and create proposals and presentations, manage work tasks, communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and support the business team. This person must be proactive, able to take guidance and general direction to perform and follow up on tasks effectively while quickly meeting deliverables.

This role performs the following duties personally or through SitusAMC department supervisors and representatives. This role will be responsible for supporting the execution of SitusAMC strategies across the Warehouse Financing & Custodial Solutions Team as directed by Senior Leadership.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Assists in writing and managing proposals/statements of work/contracts for products and services in conjunction with internal SitusAMC Teams

  • Meets with existing & potential clients to identify opportunities for promoting, upselling, and cross-selling products and services

  • Oversees coordination of product/service demonstrations for prospective clients

  • Works with clients to communicate and overview new service offerings as potential opportunities of interest

  • Grows the business through the development of new leads and contacts

  • Builds business relationships with current and potential clients

  • Develops and executes sales and marketing strategies to grow business

  • Maintains and updates sales, marketing, and business development documentation and system of records

  • Reviews market research to anticipate competition and market trends and translate client attitudes into new strategic directions

  • Assists with marketing and promotional projects

  • Collaborates with management on sales goals

  • Arranges business meetings with existing and prospective clients

  • Supports the team with other responsibilities as required

  • Keep organized records of data and documentation

  • Other activities as may be assigned.

Qualifications/ Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year accredited college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Master’s degree in related field preferred

  • Experienced professional with 5+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 1+ years in an Associate level role or external equivalent.

  • 3 or more years’ experience in mortgage industry- highly preferred

  • Experience with CRM software

  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams

  • Excellent multitasking skills

  • Ability to time manage and prioritize tasks

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to create materials and present to a variety of audiences

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to competing/changing priorities to align work with strategic goals

  • Experience with contract writing and organization

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Ability to sell value and create credibility

  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality

  • Enthusiastic to build good relationships with people

  • Ability to work well in a team environment, as well as complete individual assignments

  • Understands business implications of decisions and displays orientation to profitability

  • Demonstrates knowledge of market and competition

Special Requirements:

  • The employee may be required to report to a different local office as a normal, contemplated, and mandated incident of their employment

The annual full time base salary range for this role is ($57,000 - $108,000). Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies. All full time employees also are eligible to participate in various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and 401K; in each case in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
