Summary
DLA Piper seeks a lawyer for our Investment Funds Group with 3+ years’ substantive experience in real estate working on real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financings. Familiarity with securities offerings would be beneficial. This is a professional track/non-partnership track Attorney position. This position can be structured as either a full-time or part-time position. Interested candidates should have strong analytical and writing skills, attention to detail, good business judgment, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively and independently. This position is open to all US offices.

Bar Admission
- Licensed to practice in the jurisdiction for which you are applying.

- Minimum 3 years of real estate experience.

Physical Demands, Work Environment, and Other Requirements
Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.

Pay Transparency
The firm’s expected hiring range for this position is $135,000 - $300,000 per year depending on the candidate’s geographic market location. The compensation offered for employment will also be dependent on other factors including the candidate’s experience, skills, educational and professional background, and overall qualifications. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k).
