Insight Global Project Coordinator in Washington, District Of Columbia

Job Description

One of Insight Global's clients is looking to hire a Project Coordinator to support one of their ongoing contracts until end of March 2025. This person will be supporting a federal facilities condition assessment program and will be responsible for aggregating data from field visits and producing high quality end deliverables in Adobe InDesign. This position will be fully remote and 40 hours/week.

Skills and Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience using Adobe InDesign; must be able to manipulate graphs/data/page layouts effectively

  • Strong communication skills; proven ability to work independently in a remote environment

  • Deadline driven and ability to multitask across several concurrent projects

  • Clean background; able to pass drug test and credit check - Previous experience in a project coordinator role

  • Knowledge of the Architecture/Engineering/Construction space and previous exposure to facilities terminology null
