VISTA Technology Services, Inc. (VISTA) is seeking a junior/mid-level Program Analyst to support a NAVSEA program office located in Washington, DC. This is a hybrid position reporting onsite up to 3-5 days a week.Responsibilities:The Program Analyst will demonstrate an understanding of supporting a project from concept to completion, and that programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and how imperative it is to keep the project on a productive path.Implement and maintain organizational programs in support of US Navy clientsWork with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accountingAssist with tactical planning using resources like MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, or Power BI and regular interactions with SMEs, schedulers, customers, or project analystsBasic Requirements:4+ years of experience supporting Navy acquisition programsBachelor’s degreeKnowledge of DoD acquisition pathwaysAbility to communicate effectively at the O6+ levelActive DoD Secret ClearanceDesired Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, Finance, or a related fieldDAWIA or PMP CertificationKnowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Power BIAbility to proactively identify problems and develop and propose solutionsSalary Range: $80,000 - 115,000 annuallyThis position will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.For this position, VISTA will consider only applicants with an active DoD security clearance.VISTA offers a strong compensation package and a competitive leave package.
