Role Summary
We are seeking a Product Management intern to join our team and drive the strategy and execution of our Sale Go-To-Market (GTM) product offerings. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical skills with a commitment to user experience to deliver exceptional solutions that meet both customer needs and business objectives.
What you'll get to do
Help design the product vision and strategy for Salesforce products/features, and third party add-ons by developing roadmaps that align with company objectives and market demands
Collaborate closely with delivery, sales operations, and field sales teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful product delivery
Create comprehensive product specifications and user stories, ensuring clear communication of requirements to development teams
Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize product success
Must-have Qualifications
Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field, and a strong record of academic achievement.
At least one semester/quarter remaining to complete after the internship.
Available to work 40 hours a week for 12 weeks

Base Pay is based on a candidate completing 3 years of university or the academic equivalent
Base Pay
SF Bay Area, Seattle Metro and New York City Metro Area
Base Pay: $36 per hour
California (excludes SF Bay Area), Washington (excludes Seattle Metro), Washington DC Metro, and Massachusetts
Base Pay: $32 per hour
All other cities and states excluding California, Washington, Massachusetts, New York City Metro Area and Washington DC Metro Area.
Base Pay: $30 per hour
Splunk provides flexibility and choice in the working arrangement for most roles, including remote and/or in-office roles. We have a market-based pay structure which varies by location. Please note that the base pay is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer, the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location as set out above, as well as the knowledge, skills, year in school and experience of the candidate. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for benefits.
