ManpowerGroup Mobile Device Technician in Washington, District Of Columbia

Position: Mobile Device Technician

Location: Washington, DC (metro accessible)

Duration: 4 month project

Onsite: In-Person Monday thru Friday

Pay Rate: $19.00/hr

Requirements:

  • Experience in use and in-depth knowledge of Apple iPhone devices

  • Experience with iOS and iOS-based mobile apps

  • Experience with Mac OS, Apple iTunes and Configurator software

  • Experience providing user support and user training

  • Great customer relationship skills and user-centric focus

  • Experience working in teams and large deployment projects

  • Experience working in corporate environments

  • Experience using Excel and basic Microsoft Office software

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and unpackage new iPhones and accessories

  • Prepare and label iPhones with asset tracking ID’s

  • Configure devices to corporate standard

  • Help users to follow instructions and move data from current iPhone devices

  • Help users to follow the instructions and setup their new iPhone devices

  • Make sure users install and properly configure all mandatory mobile applications

  • Transfer users authorized two-factor authentication to new device

  • Provide first time user training

  • Update inventory and tasks in the ticketing system ServiceNow

  • Securely wipe old devices of all data

  • Perform QA check on inventory exchanges

  • Box old equipment

  • Deliver old equipment to shipping vendor
