Serco Medium Landing Ship (LSM) Program Analyst in Washington, District Of Columbia

Position Description

If you desire an opportunity to help the Navy and Marine Corps, Serco has a great opportunity for you! As a Medium Landing Ship (LSM) Program Analyst, you will be on a team that is evaluating and managing the delivery of a new class of amphibious ship for the United States Navy and Marine Corps.

This role is contingent on your ability to obtain, maintain, and transfer your Secret clearance post employment.

Our team is led by a Program Manager having decades of experience working in the DoD and Shipbuilding Industry. Our high-performing Naval Acquisition and Sustainment Operation (NASO) provides critical services to nearly all U.S. Navy amphibious ships and craft. Serco supports the U.S. Navy as a prime contractor providing amphibious warfare and expeditionary professional support services. You will work closely with Government and industry professionals as well as shipbuilders and other support personnel. Bring your expertise and collaborative skills to make an impact towards our military defense and safety of our sailors and marines.

In this role, you will:

  • Support our Navy client by providing program management support to include drafting various program documents and reports.

  • Assist in preparing various program briefs, prepare meeting minutes, track action items, and provide inputs to action items, provide program support during budget cycles (DON, OSD, and PB)

  • Assist in tracking LSM requirements, and TPS planning and assist with ensuring LSM Program is meeting financial benchmarks and generating mitigation plans for benchmark shortfalls.

  • Coordinate with numerous internal and external stakeholders as required.

In compliance with local laws regarding pay transparency, the salary range for this role is $68,974.77 to $112,085.42; however, Serco considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years ofrelevant experience with program management processes and procedures. Work experience may be adjusted based on education, or highly specialized knowledge or uniquely applicable experience for positions involving new technology or labor market shortages as reflected by market survey data.

  • Must be able to obtain an active DoD Secret clearance post-employment
