Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

Job Description

Actalent is seeking an additive Manufacturing Engineer to support a critical program for the U.S. Navy Submarine Industrial Base. The role requires understanding CAD software and utilizing metal additive manufacturing for creating products for Naval Submarines. The role is remote with occasional travel in the United States. You will assist suppliers on matters related to additive manufacturing to produce parts for submarines. You will engage with suppliers and demonstrate expertise in how additive manufacturing concepts, procedures, and machinery can lead to more efficient and productive manufacturing in the MIB, with an emphasis on addressing obsolescence parts or those that can be manufactured more efficiently.
