Zurich North America is seeking a Managed Care, Claims Vendor Management Senior Specialist to join our team! This position offers the flexibility of a fully remote work environment and is open to candidates located anywhere in the United States.

About the Role

As a Senior Specialist in Managed Care and Claims Vendor Management, you will play a key role in administering contracts with large and complex external vendors in alignment with our Claims Vendor Management strategy. You will act as a liaison between vendors and Zurich, ensuring high-quality, competitively priced solutions that meet our business needs. Additionally, you will drive continuous improvement in vendor performance and contribute to strategies aimed at optimizing service delivery and cost efficiency across our Claims organization.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Administer and oversee contracts with complex external vendors.

  • Ensure vendor performance aligns with company expectations and seek continuous improvement opportunities.

  • Drive cost-effective, high-quality vendor solutions.

  • Support the development and execution of strategies to optimize vendor services across the Claims organization.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years of experience in Vendor ManagementOR

  • High School Degree (or equivalent) with 8+ years of experience in Vendor Management

  • Experience managing external business relationships and performance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing external vendors and the contracting process

  • Strong understanding of service level agreements and vendor compliance

  • Familiarity with managed care vendors

  • Proven experience managing projects or teams

  • Strong problem-solving and resolution skills

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

  • Proficiency in creating efficiencies and processes that drive cost savings

  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams

Compensation for roles at Zurich varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Zurich provides in good faith a reasonable range of compensation for roles. Candidates with salary expectations outside of the range are encouraged to apply, and will be considered based on experience, skill, and education. The salary provided is a nationwide market range and has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location where the position may be filled. The starting salary range for this position is$83,700.00 - $137,100.00.
