Responsibilities

• Manage accounts : Oversee government accounts and debt

• Analyze financial activity : Review and document financial transactions, and analyze cash flow

• Create reports : Prepare regular reports for executives and other stakeholders

• Ensure compliance : Ensure compliance with tax and finance laws, and governmental regulations

• Manage risk : Assess risk, and develop strategies to minimize risk and maximize returns

• Manage cash : Forecast cash needs, and manage cash flow

• Manage banking : Maintain bank accounts, and evaluate new banking products and services

• Manage investments : Analyze investment options, and advise on investments

• Manage budgets : Create budgets and goals for company leaders

• Manage spending : Allocate spending accounts, and oversee transactions

• Manage foreign currency : Conduct foreign currency trades

• Manage tax returns : Collaborate with tax advisers to prepare tax returns

• Manage mergers and acquisitions : Act as a liaison for mergers and acquisitions

Skills

• Strong Excel skills

• Basic knowledge of accounting ledgers

• Understanding of the FX market

• Formal training in finance, business, or accounting

Position Details:

• Pay Rate / Range: $45/hr- 55/hr

The above salary range represents the range expected for the position; however, final salary offers are based on a number of factors such as the position’s responsibilities; the candidate’s experience, education, and skills; location; travel required; and current market conditions.
