Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in Washington, District of Columbia. The role involves managing and updating databases, ensuring the accuracy of data, and compiling data in an organized manner. The role is within a telecom provider, and the workplace is a fast-paced environment where efficiency and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately input and update data from client datasheets into the relevant databases

• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data entries

• Retrieve necessary data from the database as required

• Utilize Microsoft Office Suites and Microsoft Excel to manage, organize, and compile data

• Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to the data entered

• Monitor and maintain customer credit accounts, ensuring timely collection of payments

• Process customer credit applications, ensuring they are accurately and efficiently handled

• Maintain a thorough and updated record of customer credit information. Requirements • Proficiency in computer data entry and managing computer databases.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suites, particularly Microsoft Excel.

• Ability to compile data effectively and efficiently.

• Experience in data entry or related field is desirable.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
