Concurrent Technologies Corporation (CTC) is seeking a skilledBudget Support Specialistto provide financial expertise in support of the Office of Force Resilience (OFR) within the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), Personnel and Readiness (PandR). In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring effective budget planning, management, and execution to support initiatives that enhance the resilience, wellness, and operational effectiveness of military personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Office of Force Resiliency (OFR) budget operations for the Defense Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) system process to include execution activities, data input, tracking, and reporting in various formats.

Provide analysis support for budget execution activities that include Unfunded Requirement (UFR) coordination and tracking, Status of Funds (SOF) updates, monitoring funding allocation, and submitting documents in Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) as needed.

Support and assist OFR in developing inputs for budget execution reports, spend plans and related materials

Assess, research, and close Unliquidated Obligations (ULOs) on prior program contracts; update data in the Dormant Account Review Quarterly (DAR Q) system.

Review and track program-specific spend plans from DoD Components; analyze and determine under-execution and potential funding errors.

Monitor DoD/Federal financial guidance and ensure compliance including DoD Financial Management Regulation (DODFMR), Joint Travel Regulation (JTR), Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and DoDI 4000.19 support agreements.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field with 4 or more years of experience.

US Citizenship and possess an active US Government Secret Clearance with ability to maintain the security clearance

Common Access Card (CAC)

Experience working in a DoD environment.

Experience with DoD budget analysis and policies.
