Join Our Team as a Results-Driven and Collaborative Assistant Property Manager!

Are you ready to take your property management career to the next level Join us as an Assistant Property Manager, where you'll make a real impact by ensuring smooth operations, optimizing tenant satisfaction, and driving success for our community! What You’ll Do:

  • Be the Go-To Expert: Manage tenant accounts, collect rent, process payments and address delinquencies with proactive communication.

  • Drive Results: Generate financial reports to track all outstanding balances and identify delinquent accounts.

  • Engage and Retain: Respond to tenant inquiries, conduct tours, and assist with leasing and lease renewals to maximize occupancy.

  • Collaborate and Lead: Work closely with the team, support the Property Manager and step in for the Property Manager when needed.

  • Keep Things Moving: Ensure apartments are move-in ready and manage all compliance tasks seamlessly. Comply with all company policies, lease agreements, and relevant regulations.

    What You’ll Bring to the Team:

  • 2+ years of property management or collections experience.

  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, collaboration tools like Teams and Zoom, and property management software (Yardi preferred).

  • Detailed and results-driven, with a strong aptitude for collections and following up.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

  • Ability to handle physical tasks like walking stairs and managing site visits.
