Account Manager

Prometheus Federal Services (PFS), a trusted partner to federal health and social services agencies, is seeking an Account Manager with temporary staffing experience. In this role you will work closely with and support the Department of Veterans Affairs in managing a portfolio of temporary staffing projects. The Account Manager will serve as a liaison between the government and our delivery team, including a large partner network.  This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service.  All applicants must reside in the U.S.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Serve as the liaison between PFS, teaming partners, and government clients, responding promptly to their inquiries and concerns

• Manage and track staff contractual requirements (attendance, timekeeping, invoicing, etc.) across a portfolio of programs; develop and implement mitigation plans when required

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

• Forecast and track key account metrics, presenting data through weekly, monthly, and quarterly progress reports

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail to manage multiple client accounts and appointments simultaneously

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university

• Minimum of ten (10) professional work experience

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Account Management, preferably in the temporary staffing field

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving and great attention to detail

• Strong proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Authorized to work in the U.S. indefinitely without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with federal government clients, including the VA

• Experience in Healthcare staffing 

• Understanding of government contract requirements
