Responsibilities
Microsoft Federal is looking for a Services Contracts Manager.
The Services Contracts Manager will be responsible for providing contract management to support the sale and delivery of Microsoft solutions and professional services, including Microsoft Industry Solutions Delivery (ISD) and Microsoft Unified, with Microsoft’s U.S. Federal Government customers and partners.
Responsibilities include:
Provide contracts management for strategic Microsoft Federal Servies pursuits; including review and support of Government Requests for Proposal (RFPs)
Provide dedicated contracts and customer contracting officer support for strategic Services contracts
Orchestrate high levels of strategic conversations internally or externally
Contribute to developing deal and contract scenarios and proposals
Use knowledge of Government and Microsoft contracting processes and terms to influence the likelihood of winning new opportunities
Develop relationships with strategic internal and external stakeholders to understand priorities and structures deals that drive value and contribute to Microsoft growth
Proactively foster adherence to Microsoft Federal, Services, and other company policies for deal and contract execution, inclusive of applicable laws and principles
Engage in strategies that support long-term protection of business and mitigating risk

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field AND 6+ years sales and negotiation experience or related work or internship experience.
OR equivalent experience.
6+ years demonstrated contracts management experience supporting the sale of Information Technology (IT) Services contracts with the Federal government.
OR equivalent experience.
3+ years experience researching, interpreting and applying Federal agency procurement rules and regulations (FAR/DFAR), including FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items.
3+ years experience developing Federal Government Contracts Officer and stakeholder relationships in support of the sale of IT Services contracts.
Other Requirements:
Cloud Screening: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Citizenship & Citizenship Verification: This position requires verification of U.S citizenship due to citizenship-based legal restrictions. Specifically, this position supports United States federal, state, and/or local United States government agency customers and is subject to certain citizenship-based restrictions where required or permitted by applicable law. To meet this legal requirement, citizenship will be verified via a valid passport.
Citizenship & Citizenship Verification: This role will require access to information that is controlled for export under U.S. export control regulations, potentially under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations or the Export Administration Regulations. As a condition of employment, the successful candidate will be required to provide proof of citizenship, for assessment of eligibility to access the export-controlled information. To meet this legal requirement, citizenship will be verified via a valid passport.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting U.S. Federal Government Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts/Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for the sale of IT Services.
Certified Federal Contract Manager (CFCM).
An active Top Secret or TS/SCI security clearance is preferred.
Commercial Deal Making IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,100 - $185,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $144,000 - $203,500 per year.
