The Qualification Services Lifecycle Specialist for Cytiva is responsible for the lifecycle management of qualification content. The role will execute content change control, including logging Change Requests, assessing, planning, and releasing updates utilizing our cCMS system (Component Content Management System). The role will also work cross functionally and will collaborate with Technical Experts, Project Managers, Case Management, Product Managers, Regulatory, Quality Assurance and others to ensure alignment and that content is correct and approved.

This position is part of the Qualification Services department located in Canada, US or Sweden and will be hybrid or fully remote. At Cytiva , our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you will do:

  • Create, revise and update documentation according to established standards and best practices to reflect changes in product features or functionality. You will manage the changes in our Change Control Board using JIRA and participate in daily agile pulse meetings with the CCB team.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and completeness of the content.

  • Become expert on our IT tools, for example, JIRA (issue tracker) and Paligo (cCMS).

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree with experience in Technical Communication or relevant work experience.

  • ​​​​ Ability to manage complex projects independently and collaborate with subject matter experts.

  • Experience of cCMS.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Ability to work and flourish in a diverse, multinational environment.

  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize, balance varying demands, and meet deadlines.

  • Exceptional English and communication skills; able to transform complex information into concise, easy-to-understand content.

The salary range for this role is $70,000 - $80,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
