The Legal Consulting Practice is seeking a Director to join our growing team in our East Region .

Directors are focused on developing business opportunities in the marketplace and are valuable leaders within our organization and the business community. Directors, partnering with the Managing Directors, ensure that each client project is completed with the client satisfied with our service and the quality of our work .   Do Your Talents Include the Following?

• Experience with providing alternative legal services, experience with implementing legal department change and best practices within law firms or legal in-house counsel.

• Experience with the usage of legal technologies .

• Experience with evaluating and designing people processes and procedures within legal departments.

• Experience with building strategies and roadmaps to achieve a desired result.

• Ability to multi-task on simple and complex tasks .

• Willingness to learn new concepts, self-develop certain capabilities and are self-motivated to do great things .

• Well versed in the use of Microsoft productivity tools (Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Teams, Word, etc. ) in addition to legal technologies such as R elativity, R eveal, and L egal AI tools .

• Ability to work with a diverse portfolio of clients across industries .

• Supervisory experience of teams including Consultants, Senior Consultants, Managers, Senior Managers, and Associate Directors people process and procedures to reduce legal spend part 3) .

• Advanced project management and status reporting capabilities .

• Ability to network and build relationships .

• Identify opportunities and establish a sales pipeline .

  Your Educational and Professional Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and a legal background and/ or JD a plus required

• 15+ years in a related field, preferably in professional services and/or industry and experience in eDiscovery, Legal Consulting , contracts management and legal document review

• Experience working at law firm or within a legal corporation preferred

• Demonstrated success in developing relationships and capturing business opportunities with legal departments and law firms

• Successfully worked with C-Level executives, attorneys, and litigation support professionals (c lient base of law firm and corporate contacts is preferred)

• Certifications such as CEDS , RCA, CFF, AWS, PMP are strongly preferred

  It is expected that you will reside within a reasonable daily commute of your assigned Protiviti home office by your start date. Protiviti employees work in a hybrid environment which means you will be required to work from a variety of locations including your Protiviti home office, an in-town and/or out-of-town client site, and/or from a remote location such as your residence. It is expected that you will be available to be physically present at the required work location and that you will have access to reliable transportation .

  Protiviti operates in a hybrid environment. Travel can occur throughout the month based upon client requests/commitments. Travel may include suburban, regional, or out of state locations.

  Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job.

$182,000.00 - $310,000.00

Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job.

The total cash range is estimated from the sum of the base salary range plus the bonus target opportunity. Below is the estimated total cash range for this job.

$218,400.00 - $372,000.00

We offer eligible employees a company 401(k) savings and investment plan with an employer match of 50% on the first 6% of your contributions. We provide Choice Time Off (CTO) for vacation, personal needs, and sick time. The amount of (CTO) varies based on years of service. New hires receive up to 20 days of CTO per calendar year. Protiviti also recognizes up to 11 paid holidays each calendar year.
