Field Reimbursement Support (FRS) Marketing Manager
What you will do
Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will lead strategy, and operation, including supervision of Field Reimbursement Specialists and development of access tools, resources and field training programs. This role also includes operational management of Office Practice Manager speaker bureaus for Medical Channel products.
The Marketing Manager of Field Reimbursement Support (FRS) works within the Patient Access team and reports to the Sr Marketing Manager of Field Reimbursement Support/Office Practice Manager Speaker Bureau for the Medical Channel.
Support FRS in assisting provider offices with reimbursement and billing issues, including addressing coding and claims-related provider issues
Lead budget development and performance monitoring for FRS team
Develop FRS training content, including scripts for field interactions
Lead team training sessions and provide updates related to changes in coverage or reimbursement related to products
MAC submission of above brand FRS materials, including trainings
Work cross-functionally with other business units, as well as with internal partners to ensure maintenance of Amgen legal, regulatory, and compliance standards
Evaluate opportunities across the entire PSP portfolio
Handle OPM speaker bureaus
Development of MAC approved speaker materials

Basic Qualifications:
Doctorate degree
Or
Master’s degree and 2 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
Or
Bachelor’s Degree and 4 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
Or
Associate’s Degree and 10 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
Or
High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in reimbursement and patient support service programs OR field sales experience
Ability to lead strategic projects from concept development through completion
Experience working with advertising and/or media agencies developing impactful materials on time, on budget and on target
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including listening and presentation skills
Strong creative and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership and ability to drive influence across collaborators to set direction, align work efforts, and ensure detailed completion
Strong organizational skills - to set targets, track achievements and complete projects
Ability to optimally prioritize a diverse workload to meet deadlines
Ability to effectively lead cross-functional teams and to influence without authority
Ability to work effectively as a member of a team
Ability to be positive, confident, hardworking, upbeat

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
