Project Manager Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in estimating commercial construction projects (preferred).
• Proficiency in construction estimating software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, etc.) and MS Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and processes.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects ranging from $500k to $30 million.
• Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
